Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any explanation.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you acquired, or a third party designated by you who is different from the trader's carrier acquired physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please provide your name, address and, if available, your telephone number, facsimile (fax) number, and e-mail address, you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (eg letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You can also find a form on our website https://www.supermarketcy.com.cy/en/returns fill in and submit electronically the sample withdrawal form or any other clear statement. If you use this feature, we will send you without delay on a permanent medium (e.g. email) confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your statement exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
It is noted that the responsibility of proof regarding the date of sending the letter lies with the consumer. Therefore the consumer is advised that in case of sending the withdrawal letter by post, the letter should be sent by registered mail.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all monies received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without unjustified delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the above refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged for such a refund. We are entitled to delay the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
a) We will collect the goods, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you told us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
b) We will collect the goods at our own expense.
c) You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling which was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.
