How can I find a product?

You can find a product in the following ways:


  1.  At the top, from the menu with the categories you select the category and subcategory you wish. Then you choose the amount you wish, press the Add to Cart button next to each product and this enters automatically in your shopping cart. If you need more information on this product click on its description. In case you wish to see bigger picture click on the picture.

  2. From Product Search, at the top left type in just what you're looking for and press the magnifying glass icon.

What can I do if I am not able to find a product?

The range of products is constantly increasing. However if a product is not found you can contact us by email at and we will make every possible effort to assist you.

How can I browse on your website?

To facilitate your search we have divided the range of our products into categories and subcategories in which you can browse and find the product you desire. If you are looking for something specific, use the Search Engine, which will lead you to the product of your choice. All the products are at your disposal with one click. To make this process even easier we provide the pertinent facility to manage your Shopping Lists.


You can add and remove as much products as you want and create as many Shopping Lists you wish. On the Account page, you can manage all your Shopping Lists. Moreover you may add all products in your Cart, from a list, by clicking the Add All products to Cart. In this way you do not need to continually seeking the same products for recurring purchases.

What is the shopping cart?

It is just like the basket at all stores. You, with the Add to Cart button, can choose the product you want to buy, but also to remove or change the quantity of both while you are on the Shopping Cart and before the Checkout . You have the ability to see what you have chosen and how much it costs ,to add, modify, delete before Checkout.

How can I order?

When you finish selecting your products continue with the Checkout button located below the list of products into the shopping Cart, then define delivery address and payment method. For your own convenience you can register multiple delivery addresses, and simply select the one you want to send out the order. You can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Orders received on public holidays are serviced the next business day.

Has my order been completed?

When you finish entering your information and click the Complete Checkout, you will see a message informing you that the order is complete. When we receive your order , soon you will receive a confirmation email stating the order code number. Please provide us with that code in your every communication with our company.

Which are the payment methods?

SupermarketCy uses two ways of payment:


  1. Cash on delivery: Upon receipt of your order the due amount is paid in cash to our partner that delivered your order.

  2. Credit card: if you are a credit card holder you can safely use it during the order process. We care to minimize any potential risk utilizing technologies that ensure the safety of your transactions.

The credit card payment process is done with the collaboration of VIVA Payment Servises S.A. which provides and guarantees the implementation of all necessary safety standards. How much does the delivery cost?

In SupermarketCy the delivery is for FREE.

Is there a minimum order amount?

The minimum amount of each order is 40€ and is determined based on the environmental policy of responsibility of our company.

Which regions do you serve?

At present we serve Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta Districts with the exception of some rural areas. During registration or during your order you can confirm if your area is been served by typing in your zip code. In addition to the homepage there is a link where you can confirm if we serve your area. If we do not serve your area you will be notified with a relevant message

Can I receive my order on a specific time and day?

You may select the day of delivery and the two hour period that best suits your needs.


The only condition is that you complete your order at least until 12 midnight the previous day.

Can I order from my home and be delivered to my office?

You can order from anywhere you want, even from the street, with the help of your mobile phone, and be delivered wherever you choose.

Can I buy refrigerated and frozen goods?

SupermarketCy has a wide variety of refrigerated and frozen goods. The product distribution is done by vehicles equipped with temperature controlled systems, ensuring the quality of the products.

How can I cancel an order?

Order Cancellation can be done by email at submitting the order code, your name and the date of delivery.


The cancellation may be accepted no later than 09:00am of the day of delivery.

What can I do if a product is missing from my order?

In SupermarketCy, our goal is your absolute convenience. However, if you notice a mistake on your order please contact us at submitting the order number, your name and the mistake which has been done.

How can I return a defective product?
