Recipe for a large homemade pizza

Ingredients:

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast (or one packet)
• 1 1/2 cups warm water
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• Your favorite toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
2. Stir in warm water and olive oil until a dough forms.
3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
6. Roll out the dough to a large circle.
7. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
9. Add your favorite toppings.
10. Place the pizza on lightly greased baking sheets or pizza stones.
11. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crusts are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
12. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve!!
